It seems that I get strep throat about once a year. It is part of the job when you are a pediatric nurse I guess. My children and husband never get it. This year I have gotten it twice in about a month and a half. It puts me in bed and is difficult to get much done. Sometimes it is nice to just slow down though. If only I didn't have the body aches. Thank goodness for antibiotics.

Yes, thank goodness for antibiotics! Mike has brought home some nasty stuff from the big city ER he worked at. That's good that Dale or the kids didn't get it. But poor you!
I've never had strep but I've heard it's terrible. What an awful time to get it! I hope you are feeling better now.
